Having issues with the party?

Hey penguins,

I understand lots of penguins are having trouble loading and playing with the SoundStudio party and finding the new app in your App Store. I called Disney Interactive Support and they gave me the following answers, and I've provided help links where possible.

Q: I've cleared my cache and I still don't see the party. What can I do?
A: First of all, try quitting your browser (use Command+Q on Mac or closing all open windows on Windows) and then reopening it and going on Club Penguin. If that fails, check you've cleared all cache data. Then, try restarting your computer, or even leave it off for a little bit and try an offline activity for a bit. If you are still having problems, double check that you followed instructions from Club Penguin's help pages. If that fails, click here for more help.

Q: Where's DJ Cadence's track in SoundStudio on the web?
A: Rest assured, she will debut in SoundStudio, but not on the web according to Support. Cadence's new single, You've Got This, is only able to be remixed in the SoundStudio app available for iOS and Android. Tried finding the app but haven't found it? Click here for the reason why.

Q: I can't find the SoundStudio app in my App Store. What's going on?
A: The SoundStudio app is not set to be released for another week according to Support. When the app is released however, you will be notified via the main app and by us here at Legopuffle CP Cheats. For now, if you are able to download the Club Penguin app on your device via your App Store and not via external software, you will be able to use the SoundStudio app, hopefully.
For now, check if your Android device is supported by the Club Penguin app and check if the Club Penguin app is out in your neck of the woods. If you have an unsupported device or the Club Penguin app isn't available where you are, it is highly unlikely you will be able to get SoundStudio.

Q: Why am I getting problems with receiving Club Penguin updates lately?
A: Club Penguin's new parties, while at face value seem rubbish, include a lot of elements and high detail graphics, meaning updates overnight take a lot longer than before. Club Penguin engineers are also busy squishing bugs at release rather than doing it mid-way through the week. Club Penguin advise clearing your cache every week, and I recommend on Wednesday evening, depending on where you live. If you don't live in the Americas or Europe, it may be better for you to clear your cache on Thursday morning or after school time. 
Thursday is update DAY for a reason. Club Penguin will take their time. In this case, it will be another day until all players may see the party, but for now, try using the app to access the party or be patient until it appears for you. If you've cleared your cache, you've done the right thing.
