I thought this was pretty cool! Club Herbert recently updated, and we got some pretty strange things. There is a desk with a checklist, and Herbert says he is having a Secret Meeting with someone, but we can't see who, as he left a spring in front of the note. Is this a hint?
A strong fan theory is that Herbert is having a secret meeting with Tusk, but we may never know until another Club Herbert update, or until Herbert strikes Club Penguin with another gruesome plan, once again.
