Authors: No requirements
Managers: Experience managing multiple blogs, to post 5 times per week, to know coding/GFX designing, being very active and, to track (CP tools account)

Even tough either of the jobs is very hard work authors get paid 300 lpcoins per post, Grachic designers get 500 per grachic, trackers, 400 every TRACKING week (There must be a mascot in the island) Admins get 400 per week and managers get 800 per week!
