Sadly, the Penguin Band or the PB will not be at the Teen Beach Movie Summer Jam. But Cadence, Bradey and Mackenzie are for sure on their way to CP for it! But.. In the Teen Beach Movie Summer Jam Takeover Trailer, they had more penguins from TBM. The big question on everyone's mind is Is Rockhopper coming? The answer is no! Rockhopper is coming to a future Club Penguin Party after TBM. RockHopper is indeed coming as Spike Hike tweeted: https://twitter.com/spikehikecp/status/368175019811020800. Anyways, RockHopper is coming to a party soon, same as some other mascots, but we haven't hear anything about The Penguin Band. Since CP finally listens now, Club Penguin is having NO more Takeovers until 2014. Maybe Club Penguin will put the Penguin Band in a party now that they listen.
